I am seeing a strange issue in Visual Studio where some characters are pasted twice. I can reliably reproduce it by copying and pasting two or more properties. It pastes the last 8 characters twice. If I CTRL-Z, then it unpastes just those 8 extra characters and shows that the last 8 of the orginal pasted text is highlighted. The screenshots show what I see.

I am on 5.7 and Windows 10.

I had completely forgotten about an extension I installed long ago in Visual Studio. Turns out that extension was the cause. Thanks for the help.
