Furthermore, my suggestion is before you move on to uninstalling, you should try clearing the history and see if you get the space back. Do right click the tray icon and select "Clear Clipboard History" & "Clear Clipboard Content".
NOTE: It will clear out all the content in the clipboard
If the folders are still taking the same amount of space then something else is happening, so then try deleting and re-installing but do so after Keith instructs you. I am just trying to help out. Keith will know better.
