Sometimes, the ClipboardFusion icon in the Windows taskbar stops responding to clicking on it. I can hover the mouse over it and get its name and version, but clicking and right-clicking does not open the menu.
My only solution right now is to force-close it through Windows Task Manager and then re-open it.
Has anyone found why this happens and how to prevent it?
Thanks!
Could you backup your settings (Settings > Options > Export) and reply with the .reg file attached? It will be protected by default, only Binary Fortress Staff can download it.
Thanks!

Here you go!

Thanks! We'll keep you posted on what we find out.
Ok, could you try it out now? The first couple of syncs may be slow, but subsequent syncs should no longer hang the client.

Did you do something? I had to login to ClipboardFusion and re-enable sync.
The changes we deployed shouldn't have caused a logout, that's really strange! Is everything working correctly after logging back in?

so far it is working well. It usually takes some time before it shows up again, so I will keep my eye on it.
Thank you.
Excellent, glad to hear it!
