I tried to find the answer by searching, but I guess no one else has this issue. I'm using Windows 7 with the standard aero theme. Since the update to 5.0, I can't see the icon in my system tray. I guess you've changed its appearance since the update, because there's a spot there for it, and clearly an icon, it's just a white icon on white background. Everything still works, but it would be nice to change the icon color back where it was. I also can't seem to change just the background color of my system tray in Windows 7, or that would be an easy fix!
Is the icon in the tray overflow area? If you drag it down to the main system tray area on the taskbar, can you see it?
Also, thanks for reporting this, we hadn't checked the tray overflow area on Windows 7, good catch!

Sorry for the late reply, was away from my machine for a bit. If I show the icon in the main system tray I can sort of see it. If it's in the overflow tray, I'm guessing the icon is white, so I can't see it there. Hope the next beta has an icon chooser, or at least a darker icon!

Do you think this might be fixed in the next beta? Or the next major update?
I believe we will have this all fixed up for the final version of 5.0. We'll follow-up when it is fixed for sure.
