If you don't mind changing the font in the settings window as well, you can set the font using the "Default Nice Font Family Name" option in the Settings > Advanced Settings window. Just set it to whatever font you want ClipboardFusion to use (e.g. Comic Sans MS), save the settings, and then restart ClipboardFusion.
