If you have this option enabled and press the hotkey to show the History Menu which for me is Ctrl+' and if I let go of Ctrl it will paste the first item. I remember for a previous version it was reported an issue and then fixed in the subsequent version. Can we re-patch this issue please?

Please ignore this, for some reason my advanced setting was not imported during a backup and restore. Just enabled the advance setting and all fixed.
