Hi,
I disabled the scrubbing but when I copy a text with formatting (eg, bold, italic, font size/color) all formatting is still getting lost and it is only saving it as a plain text in the clipboard history.
I looked through all the setting options but could not figure out.
Am I missing something?
Thanks
Bhupesh
Could you attach a screenshot of your Settings > Text Scrubbing tab?

Thanks! The Clipboard History never keeps the formatting. So if you copy some text, and select it from the history before pasting it, it will be pasted plaintext, even if scrubbing is disabled.
If you copy the text, then paste it right away without using the history menu, the formatting will be kept.
Hope that helps!

That is unfortunate. Many free clipboard utilities offer this functionality such as Arsclip and Ditto.
I need it for my workflow which makes clipboard fusion not useful for me.
Can you implement this functionality in future update?
I would buy the new version if it comes with the functionality.
Thanks
Bhupesh
I have put it on our feature request list, so we'll definitely let you know if/when we're able to implement it!
Not the near future, no. I can't offer an ETA on it, but we will post an update here if/when we're able to add it.
Thanks!

3 years and this still isn't implimented? I agree, I want to control my formatting myself in my history. Please make this a setting.

I am also interested in that option.

I would also be very much interested in the ability to restore the original formatting again.
