I wonder if this can be implemented...

I don't want my copy paste text to have the same effect in all programs, for ex in text replace function, i don't want that the text in photoshop and dreamweaver to behave in the same way at copy paste. so could somehow, maybe, functions to be related to a program.

You can add specific applications to the "Ignore Programs" tab, in the Settings window. This will prevent ClipboardFusion from changing any text copied from that application. I don't want to get into custom settings per-application, as I think it would add too much complexity.
