What do you mean by group? Combine several clip items in one item? for example you have 5 items, item 1 with word string 1, item 2 with word string 2 et cetera and you want these grouped in one item together thus string 1 space, tab or return string 2 space, tab or return and on?

Hi, No I mean Say i Have 10 COpied items, Now I can them seperated by a Group title, Say Title 1, I put those pins there, and Title 2 put the other 5 pins, These title 1 and 2 can be expanded and minimized in the software. This make me organize some copied items, and easy access and paste rather than scrolling to 100s of such items in my list. Anyother way would be to put it pins and organize it there as well.

I don't think this is available, but you could ask the CF Team to make this available in next version. What you could do for the moment is naming all these pinned items (right mouse click for contect menu). Let say Group 1 and then other items Group 2 and so on. Then you have to move the items manually so that Group 1 are in line and than Group 2 et cetera. If you hover over the item you can see what is in it. Another way would be naming the items Group 1-1, Group 1-2, Group 1-3 et cetera, and Group 2-1, 2-2 and on and than create a macro that put all the items in alfabetic order which will make a list Group 1-1 ..... Group 2-1 .....Group 3-1 ....

For example look at this macro: Show History Drop-Down List, Modify and Paste Selected Item. You could make such a macro looking for all the items with name Group 1 showing part of the clip and then select one for pasting ???

Problem will be that I do not see a way to use the friendly name (item alias) in a macro.
You need to have not only the clip item itself (so text or whatever) but also the name you assigned to that clip item. I don't think it is there. Should it be there, you could by using a macro copy an item from the history list to the pinned list and assign an alias to that (pinned) item using a user input screen (asking for the group name).
