Online recent and pinned items are not displaying in local Clipboard Manager

When I right-click a clipboard entry in the local Clipboard Manager and add it to online recent or onlined pinned, it shows in the online clipboard correctly. But these manually-synced items never show up in the local Clipboard Manager Online Recent or Online Pinned tabs. Thank you!

Hi Roger,

Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached
