It's been several months since this last happened, but I just added an online pinned item and as I moved it to the top of the list I saw that the first 3 entries had been turned into "whitespace".
Please restore my online pinned list using the most recent backup prior to this morning.

Will do! Are you running 5.8.5 or 5.8.6 Beta 3?
Ok, this issue should actually be fixed up in 5.8.6 Beta 3. After I've finished restoring your items and they've synced to your machine, could you update to the beta?

Morning, Keith. I'm still seeing the 3 whitespace entries at the top of the list even for the online values in my account. It's possible that this error occurred earlier than I thought, but I use the top entry constantly and would have noticed right away, so I'm not sure what's going on. As the attached screen shot shows the only change I've made since December 17th is item 4.
Could you restore an earlier backup to see if that fixes the problem?
In the meantime I'm updating my installations to 5.8.6 beta 3.

Ok, strange! I will try an earlier date and keep you posted.
Ok, could you try a sync now and see if the items are there? Have you updated to 5.8.6 Beta 3 already as well?

The 2nd restore seems to have worked, Keith, although the results were odd in that the 3 "whitespace" entries were still there interspersed with the entries that had gone missing.
I've updated all my installations to 5.8.6 beta 3.
