Is this when doing a normal Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V? Or when you paste the link later on using the ClipboardFusion History menu?

Using normal Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V. Tried from the History Menu just now and got the same result.
Ok, if you disable the Trigger rule on the ClipboardFusion Settings > Triggers tab, then test again, does it work?

Yes, that works.
I looked at the trigger conditions and don't quite understand how to only exclude the Trigger Rule for Onenote. I can see how to apply a trigger for a specific process (application),just don't see the 'Not" conditional capability.
You can exclude it using the Window Text condion. If you use the following (including the minus sign), it should exclude OneNote:
-OneNote

Exclusion on window text is not working. I have tried -OneNote, -(Onenote onenote), - (OneNote onenote)
Any ideas?
Ok, this is definitely weird! I can exclude by Window Text on other apps that way, but it doesn't work on OneNote for some reason. I've added this to our list to have a look at for the next version.
Thanks!
In the meantime, you can add OneNote to the list on the Settings > Ignore Programs list to have it get completely ignored by ClipboardFusion.

OneNote is wierd on a number of levels, but it is a workhorse, at least for me.
