I discovered this via Display Fusion, and it looks ideal, I am currently trying the free trial. On my Android phone (nexus 5) when I open the app and press the + button to create a new item, it is automatically filled with the clipboard content, which seems perfectly reasonable to me. On a side note, it took me some random prodding to work out I had to do this to share the clipboard content, perhaps a point that should be explained in the description? It actually makes sense, but was not obvious to me.
However on my Microsoft Windows Surface 2 (Windows 8.1 RT) this does not work. I had split the screen into two equal halves, CF on the left hand side, and Internet Explorer on the right hand side. I wanted to move a set of URL's I had looked up onto my main machine. So I copied the current URL in internet explorer, and then pressed the + icon in CF, but then I had to paste the current clipboard content into the field before saving the item to be synced. This happened every time, so not a one off effect.
I tried to check the documentation for this, but both links I have found so far for "Clipboard Syncing" both take me to the page:
http://www.clipboardfusion.com/Compare/
which is helpful in the sense it tells me this is a pro feature, but it does not tell me what to expect. This feature is actually why I am looking into getting a license, that combined with clipboard scrubbing!
The surface tablet is ARM, fully patched, and the CF app was installed today, 29th September 2014, no obvious way to get a version number on it.

Thank you very much, if you have any questions just let me know and I can run more tests. Its possible its related to how I did this, I am still figuring out the Windows 8 UI on a tablet.
Ok, we've posted a new version of the ClipboardFusion Windows 8 app in the Windows Store. Could you update it and let me know if you still run into any trouble?
Thanks!
No problem, glad to hear it!
