Hi,

I just installed CF and i get the following error as soon as it is run:

An error has occurred while loading the Settings.
Version string portion was too short or too long.

Any idea how to fix it. Also if I open settings I get the same error message.

P.S: Installed V5 Beta 7.

I uninstalled it. But I installed it again got the same error. Exported the settings and attaching them here

Hi,

I opened settings-> options -> restore. It gave one error:

The folder selected for the Database does not exist.
Please select a valid location and try again.

Then it said it restored successfully but every time I press apply it gives the same error above regarding the database.

Went to settings -> clipboard history
and set my Database location to : C:\Users\UWK\AppData\Local\ClipboardFusion

and no longer getting any error at all It's working smoothly. Do I have to be wary of this version error for future updates and keep this reg file around?
