Hi,
I noticed a funny behavior that occurs with sangit and CF. If you have set snagit to copy to clipboard, sometimes CF has three or four copies of it. Can you guys kindly check if it's something at CF end that causes it or is it something snagit does?
Kindly let me know if you want me to share settings of snagit.
Easy Scenario : Open youtube, play video on chrome and snagit. This will make 3 copies of it.
Thanks
I'm only getting one copy of the image on the clipboard when I do that. If you disable your Trigger rules, does that make any difference?

As soon as I launch the Wondershare Video Recorder and start recording nothing misbehaves but as soon as I close it I can re-produce the issue, hence no video possible for some absurd reason.
But see a small video after I reproduce the 3 image error. Kindly note that I just took one screenshot and got 3 entries in the CF (Furthermore, kindly note that the Snagit is set to generate automated file, and it just creates one file not three)
Kindly note that when multiple items are reproduced, I see the preview screen in the bottom flicker.
Thanks

Hi Keith,
Since it happens always, it was really easy to re-produce the issue. Just started the log before producing the issue so it should be only that in the log.
Hope you can figure the issue* out.
Thanks!

Thanks! It looks like SnagIt is actually setting the clipboard 3 times within 1 second. On the Settings > Clipboard Manager tab, can you try setting the "Ignore Clipboard changes if they occur faster than" option to 1000 ms, or even 2000 ms just for testing and then back it off from there?

So it was Snagit that was acting that way hmmm. Will try to do complete uninstall and install it again.
However, I started from 1000ms and found the sweet spot at 750ms at which there is only one entry in CF by Snagit. Thanks Keith!
Update: Complete uninstall using Revo Uninstaller Pro (so that even registries are deleted) had no effect on this double/triple copy behavior after re-installing. So only thing that fixes it to put the "Ignore Clipboard changes if they occur faster than" setting at 750ms.
