If the mouse pointer is in the tab and I use the cursor to move the box, the box jumps to where the mouse pointer is. This is an odd behavior. I expect the box to stay still.
Hi, just want to clarify the issue you're having. Are you trying to navigate the list with your keyboard, but the list jumps to where your mouse cursor is?
Thanks!

Yes. It doesn't do that behavior when the mouse pointer is not in the tab.

Please make it where the box is focused on the first item in the list regardless of the mouse pointer when I first go in the tab. Every time I get into the tab, I have to put the box on the first item. It's a hassle

It seems which item has focus seems to be related to where the mouse pointer was when the hotkey was pressed. If mouse pointer was in mid screen, the focus is somewhere in the middle items. If pointer was towards the bottom of the screen, the focus is towards an item in the bottom of the history tab and so on. This is odd behavior, I think there should be no relationship. Usually I will be pasting an item from the top. One recently copied. So it makes sense to have the focus somewhere in the top. The first one would be ideal. usually it's the one I want or I can always screen down. I don't want to depend too much on the mouse for navigation and ClipboardFusion seems to rely a lot on the mouse.
Strange! For me it always selects the first item. On the Settings > Clipboard Manager tab, what do you have the "Open Clipboard Manager window at" option set to?

It selects the first item when there are just a few of them in the tab. Start copying a bunch of text and fill your tab and the tab has its first item depending where your mouse was on the screen when you hit the hotkey.

It starts to happen when you have more than 10 items. When the clock icon starts showing.
It looks like if the mouse is over the Clipboard Manager when it opens, the selected item will be the item that the mouse is over. This is expected behaviour, but I can add an option in a future version that can force the first item to be selected, regardless of where the mouse is. We'll let you know when we're able to implement this!
In the meantime, have you tried using the number keys to select the first 10 items in the list? If you open the Clipboard Manager, then hit a number key, that item will be automatically selected, much like navigating with the arrow keys and pressing enter.
I hope this helps!

There are just too many issues. I have my Open Clipboard Manager window set to Center Cursor. The default I guess because I don't remember changing it.
Therefore the manager will ALWAYS open where the mouse pointer is inside the tab it and the issue happens.
I changed to At Cursor. Sometimes there no box but a single arrow down brings it to the first item. Looks like it was somewhere at the top. I don';t have NumLock set to be able to use the keypad. I don't like setting it. When it's not set and I hit any key, it starts removing some items! Hitting it 3 times and the items are all gone. I don't understand what is going on.
The diffrent behaviors are not normal and acting up. Just have the first box have focus at all times and in every type of setting. I think this makes the most sense. I don't want to use the keypad. This requires numlock to be set.
