I'm evaluating Clipboard Fusion as an alternative to ArsClip. I'm not so interested in the scrubbing features as I am in the clipboard history feature.
When opening the history menu via a hotkey, I would like the option to have the second item preselected. If the second item sounds weird, it's because I already have immediate access to the first item by pressing Ctl+V. It makes it convenient to toggle pasting between two items.
I would also like to see the option to immediately paste an item by pressing a numbered key. I.e. each item in the list would be numbers 0-9 and pressing the corresponding number would immediately paste that item.

+1 from me - I've been previously using Ditto and hotkeys to access last ten history items (e.g. with ctrl+[0-9] or some other combination) was immensely helpful
@MK007: Vote added, thanks!
I agree. I still am using Ditto because I want to see the list in a fixed max size, and always be able to search through previous content.

I've been using ARSCLIP for a long time and would like to switch for the macros. I vote for this too.

What's happening with that feature request then? Is it possible to get any kind of status about an upcoming release, or development is "dead" for this software?
Development is definitely not dead! We're currently working on the next major version, which will have some big changes in it. At the moment I can't comment on which features we're implementing, but we'll be sure to post an update when yours are implemented.
Thanks!
