Please would you help.
I have taken debug log of the following test
1. Enter single line "blah" in an excel cell
2. Highlight cell and hit Ctrl-C once to copy and scrub text
3. Paste into text file
4. "Blah" is pasted in with a new line

NOTES
a. Am running 5.8.4 from onedrive
b. Excel is part of Office365. Excel > Account > About tells me Ver 16.0.11929.20436 32 bit
c. Debugs attached were taken using above version of excel
d. Offending "blah' text is located in line 696 of diagnostic file

I have just tested the SAME onedrive installation on a different laptop
Excel version = 16.0.13001.20338
The fault does NOT happen on this laptop.
Same onedrive instance of ClipboardFusion.
Once again my sincere thanks for any help.....

I have either solved or worked around this depending on perspective
I did so by checking the box shown in 4.
This solution suggests to me that trigger command 2 (Excel process) is not being hit. Can you tell if this is try from the logs in the test above?
I also added trigger command 3 to get rid of inverted commas about the string when pasting.
So I know that trigger command 1 and 3 are being hit.
