Suppose I don't use it for several hours. Then I execute it's hotkey. It take 1-2 seconds to show up the popup menu. If I run the hotkey again after 2 seconds, next popup appear instant.
There isn't anything in ClipboardFusion that would force the Clipboard Manager to "unload" but it's possible that Windows is moving it into the paging file on disk after a certain period of it not being used. How much RAM does your system have, and how much RAM is usually free at any given time?

I think you are right (stupid question by me). I have 16 gb ram with 6 gb used at this moment. But sometime it is very high. I have disabled virtual memory now. Let see how it works.
