I don't have this with every application, but I will have it where I open the Clipboard Manager and then the focus it taken away from the application and the text doesn't actually paste.
A good example is Windows Explorer in Windows 10. Clicking in the address area shows the actual path instead of This PC > Downloads. Opening the Clipboard Manager takes the focus and is then unable to paste since the address area doesn't get the focus again.
I also get this with the Shrew Soft VPN client. I try to paste in the password and the focus doesn't get back to the password field after opening the Clipboard Manager.

@Steffen: I think your issue is different. If you disable the "One key navigation" option on the Settings > Clipboard Manager tab, does that fix it?

Yes, after disable 'One key navigation' it looks better but if I work remote it doesnet work at all. The Hot-Keys do not work in the right way and the Manager loosing the focus again.
With other Clipboard Managers (using ArsClip - http://www.joejoesoft.com) it works with the same HotKeys (of course I disable if I try ClipboardFusion).
Hoping I can use your Cliboard Manager soon (using many of your tools in Pro Edition).

So it works fine if you're logged in locally on the machine, but if you connect through RDP to that same machine, it doesn't work?

Yes, actually that's the fact.
Ok, in the Settings > Advanced Settings, can you try enabling the "Don't select the first item when using one key navigation" option to see if that makes any difference?
