I have CF installed on my home PC and also on my work PC. When I work from home I use Remote Desktop through Citrix to access my work PC. CF captures my remote copies, but when I want to use my hotkey to bring up the clipboard history the hotkey fires on my local PC instead of my remote one. I do have the same hot key configured for both PCs. Is the only solution to set a different hot key for my work PC? I'd prefer to keep the hot key the same for both and then if I'm in RD it would send the hot key to my remote PC instead of local.

I'd imagine it's not the specific hotkey that's an issue, it sounds more like the Citrix client isn't capturing the hotkey and sending it to the remote machine. If you do change the hotkey, does it work then?

Yes, I just tried changing the hotkey on my remote machine and now if I use that hot key it brings up the history for the remote machine, but if I use the old hot key it brings up the history for my local PC.

Interesting! My best guess there is that maybe the Citrix client can see that the hotkey is registered on the local machine, so it doesn't capture it and send it to the remote machine.

Unfortunately it's not something we'd have control over though, sorry!
