While editing a manuscript and using a set of QuickMacros I developed, I'm seeing this box pop up from time to time. I don't believe I'm seeing any errors, but hope you can shed some light.

That's the preview popup for HTML colour codes (which are 6 digits long). Does it only come up when you copy numbers that are 6 digits long? You can disable that, on the Settings > Options tab. The option is called "Show Clipboard preview popup (for HTML Colours and Images).
Hope that helps!
Thanks for the quick help. I didn't realize it was the HTML/image popup and thought I was getting a random CF error. Most of my work when I get a popup is something like this:
“Two interviews today, at 4:00 [delete ‘4:00’ replace with ‘four’]and 5:00[delete ‘5:00’ replace with ‘five’], then, four tomorrow beginning at 9:00[delete ‘9:00’ replace with ‘nine’]”
Using the first item, I select 4:00 in the text, and then press a hot key (Alt-Shift+D) and my macro program copies the first instance of 4:00 - my selection, writes
[delete '4:00' replace with '
At this point I get a popup to type in the replacement text, four, and Quick Macros writes this and finishes the edit with
four']
From what you wrote, I gather the 4:00 time is triggering the popup.
