Everything was working fine before, but suddenly it stoped closing on focus lost e.q. I select another window but it still visible over all windows. Didn't make any config changes before.

Reinstalled 5.4.1, no uninstall, just overwrite. Problem fixed.

I am facing the exact same issue.

Suddenly I fixed this in a minute, just dowload, exit CF, inslall 5.4.1 over the existent, launch, enjoy.
I think that was some online update bug, finally not critical.
