Hi, I found that my CF used 25% of my Intel I5-4670K @4Ggz. It seems to me that's too much.
I killed the task and restarted CF, looks like Ok for now. Just want you to be informed, Keith.

Thanks for the heads up! Is there anything specific you're doing at the time that the CPU runs up?

Ok, could you enable debug logging and send a log the next time it happens? Here are the steps:
That happened again, up to 30% for now. Log attached.
Win 8.1x64, good hardware.

Sorry for the delay! Do you have a lot of items in the History and Pinned tabs?
Ok, thanks! Is that Online Recent or Online Pinned?

@classicboss: Do you also have a lot of Online Recent items?
Ok, thanks! I'll pass that stack trace on to our devs and see if that can help track the issue down.

I would be happy to get a better stacktrace the next time it happens if you have some symbols I could use.

I'm also having this issue.
• Name: ClipboardFusion Pro 5.0 (Beta 7)
• Name Data: ClipboardFusion
• Build Date: Aug 03, 2017 19:02
• Operating System: Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.15063.0 (10.0.15063.0)

Good catch! That's very helpful in helping us track down the cause of the CPU usage issues. We'll keep you posted when we have more news.
Thanks!

I turned off nice fonts and restarted the application this morning. I just had the CPU run away again.

I wonder if this has something to do with database size. I was checking the log file for anything (nothing helpful), and saw the database was 95MB. That seemed large to me, so I renamed it and created a new database. Now to see if it occurs again.

Very strange point, but no any problems for me now since the last post. Floating bug - terrible thing.

After disabling nice fonts, ClipboardFusion runs with 0 CPU for already 3 days without restart and extensive usage. For me it fixed the problem
Ok, thanks guys! We're going to investigate further here and if we need more info, we'll keep you posted.

Let me know if something else is required.
Thanks,
UWK

Here is another log started just seconds before the high CPU usage.
Also if I do a copy from a complicated website it even without trigger it goes high cpu immediately.
Maybe, you can reproduce it:
goto
http://www.wuxiaworld.com/
Select from home till couple of line below and press CTRL+C. and voila high CPU

I haven't seen the issue since installing beta 8, and that is longer than I went without the issue with beta 7 installed.
