Example:
I have a password manager, which I've added to Ignore Programs, as I don't want passwords to be captured by ClipboardFusion. Than, when I copy password from the manager, it does not appear in recent list, but if I dobubleclick on tray icon, it triggers Scrub Text trigger on clipboard content, and after that 'scrubbed' password appears in the list!
