Stoked about the latest release. Disabled CopyQ and using right now as primary tool to evaluate. Enjoying it so far.
I'll update more later, but initial feedback:
Love the new preview box
Would like dark theme option if feasible, as all IDE apps are dark, and would be nice to have this as an option.
If online is not enabled, should not show the Online Recent. For example, if I'm using at work, I don't want to have my clipboard syncing work material, and have not enabled sync, so having removed would be great instead of being prompted to enable if I accidentally click on it.
In the same vein, I should be able to pin an item, and the pinning if not online should be local. CopyQ and a few other clipapps have this type of logic of adding notes, category, or other logic to move frequently used over to a tab to access quickly.
Lastly, one item to consider, offering C#/.NET is awesome. Considering the "quick automation" nature of this app for work with a string, could you consider adding Powershell 5.0 as a possible langage option? Invoking the Automation dll to execute powershell code would be awesome, as quick string manipulation, working with lists, etc might be really flexible with less coding effort. I know that Ketarin (app for managing install on new machine like Ninite) did this by offering c#, powershell, batch as options in the drop down. To invoke powershell you'd select that option and the developer added the System.Management.Automation.dll to the package to allow calling it.
Syncing Vs Local (my opinion of course)
My last thought.... For many folks who might use this, say developers or techie power users, they might in positions during day that are work related. Focusing on the local usage might engage more, as if utilizing this app, I doubt very many developer or other types would want to utilize a syncing service with an external service, compared to offering more local options, or private "GIST" based saves. Maybe consider Gists as a possible option for saving private snippets in the future.
Thanks for the initial beta, I'm really excited about the improvements! I've been waiting to get away from those other apps to something more user friendly and friendly for a c# dev.
--- Correction ----
I found the setting "Disable Online Tabs With ClipboardFusion Online is disabled. Missed that. That resolves one of the feedback items. Thanks for this
Great feature!
Ignore clipboard changes if they occur faster than: x
Consider possible enhancement to also ignore clipboard changes from a process name, as if I have any AHK scripts running, I'd like certain ones to be able to be ignored. I'll have to explore more, as you may have enabled some basic command line api to temporarily disable in which case I could call that, or any API access, just haven't dug into figure that out yet.
One more item that would replace any need I have for other autohotkey related functions, is a basic trigger/watcher function. I would like logic to be able to say "run macro" when regex value is identified. This allows setting up macros based on copied text patterns (like automatically opening website for an identified ticket number when copying from outlook etc)
If you right-click the tray icon, you can choose "Show Preview Popup" to see what's currently on the clipboard. You can also get a preview popup if you hover an item in the Clipboard Manager list.

Our latest beta includes dark mode, available here: https://www.clipboardfusion.com/Download/Beta/. Please let me know if you run into any issues after updating.
Now that's an old thread. Nice work. I still use this on my home PC (I use Alfred on my work since it's macOS). I still look forward to trying it, so much appreciated.
