Add custom scrubbing rules?

I'm looking for a way of scrubbing additional info from the clipboard which comes from a particular program. Was hoping that there would be some way of the scrubbing activity to be able to link to a macro which could be configured to to additional scrubbing chores.

What I'm looking to scrub is anything within any pair of square or curly brackets (and the brackets themselves).

Thoughts?

We should be able to help you create a macro that can do this. It wouldn't be directly linked to the built-in scrubbing, but we can create the macro so that it will copy the text and make the changes, all at the same time. So instead of pressing Ctrl+C when copying text from that program, you would just press the custom key combination for the macro.
